About accountability mentoring
Accountability mentoring is a structured and in depth process where awareness and execution come together.
We start with clarity. What truly matters? Where are you losing focus? Which goals deserve priority? From there, we translate insight into clear commitments and a thoughtful plan.
Through regular accountability calls, targeted reflection and systematic evaluation of progress, we strengthen ownership, focus and consistency. You are not left alone with your intentions. You are held accountable to the standards and commitments you set for yourself.
Not to control, but to maintain sharpness and create sustainable momentum. Insight creates direction. Consistent execution creates progress.
An accountability program is not defined by job title, status or industry. It is designed for individuals and organizations with ambition, ownership and the willingness to take responsibility for their growth.
My clients are entrepreneurs, professionals, leaders and teams who want to raise their standards. Some seek clarity when they feel stuck. Others are already performing well and want to deepen, accelerate or make more intentional decisions.

Success in accountability mentoring is reflected in the achievement of defined goals, measurable progress and a growth in self awareness and responsibility.
Common challenges are rarely a lack of ideas, but rather a lack of focus. Too many priorities. Decisions that remain pending. Falling back into familiar patterns.
During the process, these patterns become visible and open for discussion. Priorities are brought back into alignment, choices are clarified and follow through is ensured on what truly matters. We avoid overload and keep the bar high, but realistic.
The most common challenges during accountability mentoring include setting realistic goals, dealing with obstacles and maintaining motivation. These challenges are addressed through realistic planning, support, and identifying and addressing obstacles.
As an accountability mentor, I have the opportunity not only to support individuals and organizations in their growth, but also to contribute more broadly to society.
Each year, I donate a fixed percentage of my income to organizations such as YAR Vlaanderen, JAC en Awel, which support vulnerable young people.
My contribution helps fund initiatives that provide direction, build confidence and support them in taking step by step responsibility for their own future.
The Level Up-approach
Level up your life
Within Level Up Your Life, you can choose between an individual one to one trajectory or a small group program with a maximum of three participants.
The individual trajectory is fully tailored and allows space for depth around your goals and decisions. The group program brings you together with other driven professionals in a personal setting where conscious accountability is central.
Level up your company
Within organizations, I work through individual guidance of a manager or leader, small group programs, or accountability training for teams.
Depending on the objective and context, a combination of these formats can be implemented.
For an organic transformation, it is important to take time. It is no use trying to achieve results quickly if you don’t first question your current patterns or become aware of your blockages and blind spots. Results are fast and we resolve what is under the surface otherwise you will bump into the same hurdles again later.
Level up your life = The program runs over 6 months and includes 24 sessions.
After the initial trajectory, an extension per 3 months is possible to further anchor focus and accountability.
Level up your company = The duration of the collaboration is defined at the start and aligned with the organizational objectives and the maturity of the team.

The program includes 24 weekly sessions over 6 months.
Between sessions, targeted support is available via WhatsApp or email when needed. In addition, reflection assignments are part of the process, followed by feedback.
Level up your company
The frequency and duration of the collaboration are defined at the start, based on the objectives and context. This may include fixed individual sessions, group sessions or team moments. Between contact moments, targeted follow up is available where needed.
Level up your life: Sessions are primarily held online. If location and planning allow, live sessions can be arranged.
Level up your company: Sessions can take place either live or online. This is defined at the start, based on the context, preference and availability of the company.
A single session is possible through a ‘Level up Boost‘. This is a two hour session with focused attention on your situation, decisions and next steps.
For those who want to work structurally on focus, execution and behavioral change, a longer trajectory is recommended. That is where depth and continuity are created.
After completing ‘Level Up Your Life’, an extension in blocks of 12 weeks is possible to further anchor the focus and conscious accountability that have been built.
Within ‘Level Up Your Company’, the duration of the collaboration is defined and agreed upon in advance, based on the objectives of the company.
Yes, the collaboration is confidential. Everything discussed during the sessions remains between us and is handled with the utmost discretion.

1 to 1 trajectory: €1.250 per month (excl. VAT)
Small group program: €585 per month (excl. VAT)
Level Up Boost (focused two hour session): €450 (excl. VAT)
Level Up Your Company
Programs for companies are developed on a tailored basis, depending on the objectives, the number of involved employees and the desired level of support. During an initial conversation, we determine which trajectory is the best fit and the corresponding investment.
Payment is possible on a monthly basis or as a single upfront payment. The specific payment terms are defined at the start of the collaboration.
An intake conversation can be scheduled via the contact page or by email. Outside holiday periods, an initial conversation is usually possible within a week.
The start of the trajectory or collaboration depends on availability and is determined together.
